The following is a Code of Conduct and Rules that all members of XV are expected to maintain at all times. If a member is found to be violating any of these rules the Council or CO of the squad reserve the right to administer disciplinary action which could range from counseling to removal of the squad based on the severity of the rule breakage.

1. Members are not allowed to cheat, glitch, or use trainers of any type. Any member caught cheating will be immediately removed from the squad, with no second-chances.

2. Members are not allowed to pursue actions that would be considered dishonorable. This includes but not limited to Glitching, Stat Padding, Co-Oping, or taking advantage of game programming that is not in the spirit of the game.

3. XV Members are to be respectful to there fellow teammates and friends of the squad.

4. Members are to restrain themselves from insulting or attacking players in the game and the forum. The only exception is if another non XV player has started a verbal attack against you, another team member or our team. You can after all defend yourself, but use common sense and don't get emotional. Be the bigger person.

5. XV members are required to use Ventrilo during game play and when playing in the same server make every attempt to get everyone on the same team. We are a team and we play as a team when possible. The side with the most members will be the color that the smaller group will endeavor to join.

6. XV members are required to play with the -XV- tag on there characters names at all times. No member of the squad should play without the tag unless first letting a council member know the name and reason for not playing with the XV tag. Further  XV Council members may play on occasions without a tag on to monitor new recruits and possible problem players that we may come across from time to time.

7. XV members should not be affiliated in any way with other squads. XV does not allow multi-squad membership. We are a gaming community with members that will on occasion play other games. While our primary focus is Novalogic games all members are encouraged to wear our -XV- tags and represent themselves accordingly wherever they might find themselves playing.

8. No member may speak on behalf of the squad unless they are the Commanding Officer, Executive Officers or Council Members. Direct any inquires to the these team members or to our web site and forum.

9. Members may not discuss squad problems with other teams or allies. If a member has such a problem they must be brought to the XV council. Members with a grievance, whether with a team member, team business, or other individual are encouraged to petition the XV council stating their grievance. This should consist of a documented email to the council members including any evidence such as screen shots, witnesses, etc. The council will contact all parties involved and help diffuse the situation or make a fair and impartial ruling to put an end to the grievance. Placing private squad business in open forums or other places forums will result in the post being removed or deleted and the member or members punished.

10. Members are expected to have fun, it is a game after all and that is the whole point of playing games.
